Freelance System Engineer on Mainframe UNISYS 6-month renewable mission to start in January, Brussels, Hybrid We are looking for a consultant with 5 years 'experience in a similar position: Activities necessaryfor the replatforming project need UnisysClearpath OS 2200 system knowledge: ECL/HVTIP-TIP/IPF/SSG/UCOB/LINK SME Open TI SME DTP (OLTP) SME EnvironmentAdministrator RDMS 2200 DatabaseAdministrator (= Relational Database) Knowledge of Absuiteadministration is an asset It is not possible at this stage to give an exhaustive list of project activities but hereunder a list of examples : Some examplesof project activities (non-exhaustive list): Explain the current Unisys implementation and perform any type of knowledge transfer Provide the definition of the DB and files data structurein DEV/TST/ACC/PRD in a documented and automated way Provide data from an environment in a documented and automated way potentially often Provide info on technicaltables (non-functional tables) Provide all COBOL sourcesfrom DEV/TST/ACC/PRD in a documented and automated way (it is an activity that will have to be performed several times during the replatforming project, that is the reason why it must be automated as much as possible ; it is not possible at this stage to give an estimation of the number of times this activity will have to be performed because it will depend on the evolution of the replatforming project) Provide all ECL/IPF/SSG/... sources from PRD in a documented and automated way (see remark here above) Provide info for DataExchange replacement Give metricson current mainframeresponse time for transactions and batches Setup mainframe (new) test environment for // tests Diagnose and help to resolve application issues. collaboration in anonymization of data on test environment(s) Collaboration with the projectteam when needed
