Your Role
We could list all the business analyst's tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that there are as many product organisations as companies to have them.
Depending on your profile and career goals, we'll be sure to propose assignments that fit you best.
Our goal is to help you become an outstanding business analyst and evolve toward a product management role over time, and it starts by offering you the most exciting opportunities.
In a nutshell, our vision of the job:
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform requirements analysis, document findings, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver value.
- Manage initiatives by developing plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff while staying updated on advancements to modernize and optimize systems.
Experiences Needed
- More than 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
Skills Needed
- You are customer-focused, always striving to deeply understand and meet your client's needs.
- You possess a strong balance of analytical thinking and business acumen, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical requirements and strategic goals.
- You have exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage, influence, and align with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- You are fluent in English AND French or Dutch, ensuring clear and effective collaboration in a multilingual environment.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, coupled with individual initiative and a high level of personal accountability.
- You are data-driven, with the ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights and clear plans.
- You excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently providing value throughout the lifecycle of services and projects.
