Your Role As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions, particularly within the Food & Beverage industry. You'll be responsible for process design, multidisciplinary coordination, and on-site commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and performance across all project phases. Key Responsibilities Review project deliverables to define process requirements Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment layouts Confirm design requirements with clients and stakeholders Create 2D/3D designs for piping systems and process equipment using hygienic design principles Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues Create specifications for piping, insulation, instruments, and equipment Produce tender/RFQ documents and validate Material Take Offs (MTOs) Liaise with suppliers on specifications, design, and delivery Prepare and complete project plans Propose design improvements and perform quality assurance Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders Conduct risk assessments including FMEA, HAZOP, and LOPA Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Oversee on-site commissioning including mechanical completion, punch listing, cold/hot commissioning, PAT, and final handover Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in Process Engineering (Food & Beverage industry preferred) Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering Excellent English communication skills Proficiency in generating PFDs, P&IDs, and performing process calculations Strong modeling skills for plant layout and mechanical design Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, production) Team-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced time management capabilities Skilled in 2D and 3D CAD systems Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus Willingness to travel, relocate, and participate in business trips Ready to make an impact?
