Zin in projecten waar je echte impact maakt, van concept tot implementatie bij toonaangevende klanten in Vlaanderen?Dan ben jij precies wie we zoekenAls Process/R&D Engineer…vertaal je product- en procesbehoeften naar heldere experiment- en validatieplannen (DOE, prototyping, root cause-analyses).ontwerp, optimaliseer en kwalificeer processen en (pilot)opstellingen; je stelt URS, P&ID’s, test- en meetplannen, en rapporten op.begeleid je leveranciers en interne teams, van design reviews tot FAT/SAT en opstart.borg je kwaliteit, veiligheid en compliance (bv. ISO/GMP afhankelijk van het project) en zet je in op duurzame, kost-efficiënte oplossingen.werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om resultaten te versnellen en te verankeren.Wat verwachten we van jou?Masterdiploma (industrieel/burgerlijk), procestechnologie, (elektro)mechanica, materiaalingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in procesontwikkeling/R&D, pilot- of productieomgeving.Sterk in experimenteren en data-analyse (DOE, statistiek), documenteren en presenteren.Praktische kennis van procesontwerp en -veiligheid; ervaring met validatie/kwalificatie (IQ/OQ/PQ) is een plus.Handig met technische toolsJe communiceert vlot, werkt zelfstandig én in team, en schakelt flexibel tussen labo, atelier en shopfloor.Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; andere talen zijn een plus.Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?Projecten met veel variatie bij innovatieve klanten: je leert razendsnel bij en ziet tastbaar resultaat.Een stimulerende omgeving waar je kennis deelt met experten en coaching krijgt op maat.Ruimte om te groeien: opleidingen zowel technisch als persoonlijk, en doorgroeikansen richting specialist of (deel)projectlead.Open, no-nonsense cultuur met korte lijnen en collega’s die “ervoor gaan”.Marktconforme verloning met flexibel loonpakket (Flex Income Plan).Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering met ruime dekking.Mogelijkheid tot groene bedrijfswagen en/of bedrijfsfiets.
