De hoofdbewonerszorg maakt deel uit van het lokale managementteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur. Responsibilities Coördineert en superviseert de paramedische en verpleegkundige zorgdiensten en stuurt medewerkers aan. Houdt rekening met de persoonlijke behoeften en voorkeuren van de bewoners. Zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen de teams en een efficiënte werkorganisatie. Waarborgt nauwkeurige registratie van observaties en up-to-date verpleegkundige dossiers. Zorgt voor naleving van kwaliteitsnormen in de zorgverlening. Stelt en volgt het budget voor de afdelingen op in samenspraak met de directie. Heeft leidinggeven en samenwerken in het bloed. Qualifications Bachelor verpleegkundige. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de zorg of sociale sector. Goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.
