Société active dans le secteur industriel, en croissance constante en Belgique et à l'international, recherche son/sa CFO pour structurer et piloter la fonction financière dans une logique de partenaire stratégique du business. Tâches principales En tant que membre du comité de direction, le/la CFO est responsable de la stratégie financière, de la fiabilité de l'information, de la gestion de la trésorerie et de l'optimisation de la performance. Il/elle agit comme business partner des dirigeants. Pilotage financier & reporting Garantir la fiabilité des comptes (statutaires et consolidés) dans le respect des normes comptables applicables. Superviser la production des reportings mensuels, budgets, forecasts et analyses de variance. Mettre en place et suivre les KPI financiers et opérationnels. Contrôle de gestion & performance Structurer et animer le processus budgétaire (budget annuel, révisions, business plan). Analyser la profitabilité par activité / produit / client et proposer des plans d'action. Challenger les coûts, suivre les projets d'investissement et leur rentabilité (CAPEX, ROI). Trésorerie, financement & risques Gérer la trésorerie, le cash-flow et le besoin en fonds de roulement. Négocier et suivre les lignes de crédit et relations bancaires. Mettre en place une politique de gestion des risques financiers (change, crédit clients, assurances…) Stratégie & support au business Participer aux décisions stratégiques (croissance, M&A, nouveaux business models). Évaluer les opportunités d'investissement et scénarios de développement. Jouer un rôle de sparring partner auprès du CEO et des responsables opérationnels. Leadership & organisation Encadrer, coacher et faire grandir une équipe finance +/- 10 personnes (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion et administratif). Optimiser les processus, outils et systèmes (ERP, BI, digitalisation finance). Assurer une culture de contrôle interne, de conformité et d'amélioration continue. Profil recherché Formation & expérience Master en finance, économie, gestion ou équivalent. Minimum 10–15 ans d'expérience en finance, dont une partie en environnement corporate. Expérience confirmée en milieu industriel. Expérience significative dans une fonction de Finance Director / CFO ou rôle n-1 prêt à step up. Compétences techniques Solide maîtrise de la comptabilité générale & analytique, du contrôle de gestion et du cash management. Connaissance des normes comptables locales. Aisance avec les ERP et outils de reporting/BI. Compétences comportementales Esprit analytique, orienté business & résultats. Capacité à challenger tout en restant collaboratif. Leadership, impact, sens de la communication avec des interlocuteurs non financiers. Résistance au stress, capacité à évoluer dans un contexte en transformation. Véritable homme de terrain et force de propositions. Langues Français courant. Anglais professionnel (toute autre langue est un plus). Le client vous offre Contrat à durée indéterminée.
