Voor een alom bekende speler in de automotive sector zoeken we een dynamische Business Controller. Als Business Controller ondersteun jij proactief het management met financiële analyses, rapportage en business partnering. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de Controlling Manager en bent volledig van A-Z verantwoordelijk voor de controlling van verschillende departementen. Je komt terecht in een groeiende, dynamische en internationale omgeving die volop in verandering is en waar kwaliteit en performance belangrijk zijn. Met meer dan 3,3 miljoen beheerde voertuigen in 44 landen zijn zij marktleider in het aanleveren van multi-mobiliteitsoplossingen aan zowel particulieren als bedrijven. - Je zet een effectieve bedrijfsmanagementrapportage op, inclusief dashboards en KPI's, gericht op zowel de directie als het management.
- Je coördineert en ontwikkelt het strategische planningsproces binnen jouw departement, inclusief meerjarenplannen, budgetten en running forecasts.
- Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige en relevante variantieanalyses op basis van het budget en voert kritische reflecties uit om de gestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
- Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de maandelijkse rapportage van inkoopprestaties en houdt toezicht op de centrale inkoopovereenkomsten met diverse leveranciers.
- Je voert verschillende analyses uit op OPEX / CAPEX projecten.
- Je neemt een actieve rol aan als Business Partner.
- Je implementeert klantrendabiliteitsbeheer binnen de organisatie, inclusief het onderhouden en optimaliseren van tools voor klantrendabiliteit.
- Je beschikt over een master in Finance, Economie, Handelsingenieur, TEW of gelijkaardig
- Je kan terugkijken op 5 jaar relevante Finance Business Controlling ervaring.
- Je bent Nederlands en spreekt vloeiend Engels; Frans is een plus.
- Diepgaande praktische kennis van Excel (draaitabellen, macro's, ...), ervaring met BI Tools zoals Power BI, is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over zeer scherpe analytische vaardigheden en hebt een flexibele en proactieve ingesteldheid.
- Je bent een sterke business partner die weet de communicatie gericht af te stemmen op het niveau en profiel van de gesprekspartners.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een dynamische en veranderende omgeving.
