Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent een teamplayer die flexibel is, nauwgezet te werk gaat, discreet is en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma in een fiscale of juridische richting met 5-10 jaar ervaring.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Vloeit er ook nog wat Frans uit je pen, dan is dat een pluspunt
  • Je zal fiscale adviezen schrijven, dus uiteraard ben je communicatief sterk en heb je een vlotte (foutloze) pen.

Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?

  • Als Manager Business Tax maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van fiscalisten en juristen. Je ontfermt je samen met jouw collegas over een brede waaier aan fiscale en juridische vraagstukken met betrekking tot vennootschaps- en personenbelasting, belastingcontroles, fiscale aangiftes, herstructureringen, ...
  • Op basis van de "as is" situatie van de cliënt ga je na welke mogelijkheden er zijn om diens fiscale en juridische situatie te optimaliseren. Je geeft praktisch bruikbaar advies op maat van de cliënt en begeleidt hem bij de implementatie van dit advies. Je zal o.a. adviezen opstellen, stappenplannen voor het redigeren en beoordelen van fiscale vraagstukken met betrekking tot vennootschaps- en personenbelasting opmaken, fiscale aangiftes doen, herstructureringen begeleiden en de lijst gaat verder. Daarnaast bied je ook ondersteuning bij fiscale controles.
  • Verder draag je bij aan het opbouwen van het zowel intern als extern doorgeven van fiscale expertise, via het schrijven van artikels en het voorbereiden van seminaries over actuele fiscale topics.
