FunctiebeschrijvingJe bent hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor een team designers. Je staat samen met je team in voor het design van hoogspanningsmasten. Dit in het kader van de projecten die Elia Engineering uitvoert in opdracht van Elia Infrastructure.
Als Designer Coördinator tower infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de coördinatie van de Designers, de planning van de studies en het toezicht op de kwaliteit.
Deze functie omvat hoofdzakelijk de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Coördinerende rol bij de resource planning voor je team: Het toewijzen van projecten aan de teamleden en op een evenwichtige wijze evalueren van de werklast van elk individu. Het opvolgen en proactief reageren op wijzigingen in de planning van lopende en toekomstige studies van je team. Bij outsourcing naar externe partners, maak je het dossier op en zorg je voor de opvolging, controles en evaluaties van de dossiers.
- Technische en organisatorische omkadering van je team: Toezicht houden op en begeleiden van de vorming van je medewerkers (zowel op technisch vlak als op dat van de soft-skills). Je bouwt expertise op over de Tekla tool en werkt mee aan de BIM omgeving.
- Rechtstreekse verantwoordelijkheden: De toepassing van het Performance Management systeem (definitie doelstellingen, jobdates, evaluaties, enz.). De opvolging en de opstelling van KPI's voor de kwaliteit van de afgeronde studies van je team. Je werkt mee aan asynchrone taken ter ondersteuning van de designers binnen calculations.
Je bezit een bachelorsdiploma of een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands of Frans. Een goede kennis van de andere landstaal is essentieel (gesproken en geschreven).
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een relevante sector.
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, je bent assertief, klantgericht en je hebt teamspirit.
- Kennis en ervaring met het tekenpakket Tekla en/of 3D BIM-modellen is een sterke troef.
- Je kan werken met MS Office Pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).

- Rentesubsidies: Elia Engineering kent een subsidie toe om de rentelast van hypothecaire leningen te verlichten, vanaf 5 jaar anciënniteit en indien je lening afgesloten wordt op een moment dat je al in dienst bent.
- Elia aandelen: Elia biedt je de mogelijkheid om op aandelen in te schrijven met een korting van 16.66% op de gemiddelde koers van het aandeel.
