Onze klant, een gerenommeerde voedingsindustrie in de regio Aalst, is op zoek naar een nachttechnieker onderhoud. Ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken? We zijn dringend op zoek naar een gemotiveerde nachttechnieker voor een boeiende functie in de voedingsindustrie in Aalst. Dit is een unieke kans om je carrière in onderhoud en automatisatie verder uit te bouwen Wat houdt de functie in? Als lid van het technische team krijg je een afwisselende functie met focus op probleemoplossing: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt bij mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische of pneumatische problemen. Je krijgt een op maat gemaakte opleiding om elk technisch probleem professioneel aan te pakken. Je voert reparaties en preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en productielijnen om de prestaties en beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren. Je monitort de werking van de lijnen via beschikbare digitale platformen en stelt acties of verbeteringen voor in samenwerking met equipment engineers en area technicians. Je analyseert storingen, bedenkt oplossingen en voert corrigerende acties uit. Je wisselt informatie uit over lopende technische problemen en begeleidt specialisten of externe interventies. Je rapporteert activiteiten, werkuren, gebruikte materialen en geobserveerde afwijkingen in SAP. Je werkt mee aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties op een breed scala aan machines (PLC & Siemens toepassingen, robots van ABB en Fanuc). Je controleert en onderhoudt het gereedschap en zorgt voor een nette, ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving. Je besteedt bijzondere aandacht aan duurzame en klimaatvriendelijke acties in een CO2-neutrale fabriek. Profiel: Minimaal diploma A2 elektromechanica Vloeiend Nederlands (veiligheidsinstructies en communicatie met collega's) Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken Bereid om te werken in vaste nachtdiensten, alleen doordeweeks Wat bieden wij? Tussen €3.500 en €4.200 bruto (afhankelijk van uw ervaring) + alle andere extra's zoals premies, enz.
