We are recruiting a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join a growing European organisation active in medical diagnostics and laboratory solutions. The company designs and supplies high-quality diagnostic systems used by hospitals and laboratories across Belgium and beyond, with a strong reputation for innovation, stability, and long-term investment in people. This is a junior-level role with excellent training and a clear development path for candidates who are technically curious, customer-focused, and fluent in both French and Dutch. The role As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Belgium who are using large-scale diagnostic and laboratory equipment. You will provide first-line technical support, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and ensure a high-quality service experience in both French and Dutch. While this is a technical support role, prior experience as an engineer or technician is not essential. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in technology are far more important. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line technical and operational support to customers by phone and email Supporting users of capital equipment by guiding them through issue resolution and basic troubleshooting Communicating confidently in both French and Dutch on a daily basis Escalating complex technical issues to specialist or field-based teams where required Carrying out routine maintenance and checks on equipment based at the office Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service activities Building trusted relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication Who we are looking for This role is well suited to someone at an early stage of their career who wants to build long-term technical expertise within the medical and life sciences sector.
