Je legt de basis voor een loopbaan vol groei en ontwikkeling. Samen ontdekken we waar jouw talenten en ambities liggen. Dankzij jou weten we hoe we onze klanten nóg beter kunnen ondersteunen. Je beantwoordt vragen via mail, chat en telefoon, en helpt klanten met uiteenlopende uitdagingen. Wat je leert, documenteer je – zo verbeteren we samen onze producten en processen. Je adviseert klanten ook over onze nieuwste innovatieve softwareoplossingen. En je staat er nooit alleen voor: je kan rekenen op de steun van zo'n 250 enthousiaste collega's. Dit = Jouw groeipad bij Exact Na een grondige onboarding leer je in je eerste jaar alles over customer support. Waar blink jij in uit? Daarna kies je je volgende stap: specialiseer je verder, coach nieuwe collega's of werk mee aan projecten waarin jij dé expert bent. Dit = Wat jij meebrengt Je luistert graag en vindt het fijn om klanten verder te helpen Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands, en hebt bij voorkeur ook een goede kennis van Frans en Engels (kennis van Duits is een pluspunt) Je kan goed omgaan met werkdruk Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een financiële, bedrijfskundige of IT-richting – of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Dit = wat je krijgt Bij Exact vinden we een goede balans tussen werk en ontspanning erg belangrij.
