Field Service Engineer – Analytical Instrumentation Brussels, Belgium We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service & Support team at our Technical Center in Brussels. To support the continued growth of our activities, we are seeking a Service Engineer (m/f) to provide customer support for our Sample Preparation and analytical business unit, serving XRF, XRD, ICP, CS, TGA markets. Your responsibilities Install, commission, maintain, and repair analytical and sample preparation systems Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports Document technical processes and service procedures Collaborate closely with the commercial team and share technical insights across the organization Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners Your profile Technical degree or technical education (or equivalent experience) Alternatively, proven experience in technical equipment manufacturing, assembly, or field service Strong technical troubleshooting and fault-analysis skills Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Professional proficiency in English, French (Dutch is a plus) Willingness to travel across Europe (~30% of working time) Flexible, autonomous, and able to adapt to changing schedules What we offer A key role in the international expansion of a growing, global company Exposure to advanced analytical technologies and international customers Competitive salary based on experience, education, and skills A dynamic, technical, and supportive work environment Interested?
