Strategic Consultancy Lead

We are proud to be the trusted advisor of many EU and BE companies like Electrolux, KONE, Fluvius, Touring, Proximus, etc. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Consultant Lead to join our team on a part-time basis for minimum 6 months. This role is ideal for a consultant with 5+ year of experience ( or equivalent) in Strategic Consultancy firm and with experience in the construction sector, strong skills in process analysis and business analysis. As a Strategic Consultant Lead at Field Service in Motion, you will play a key role in supporting one of our strategic clients based in Brussels by assisting our client in analyzing their operational processes, building the most efficient to-be operational model bringing the highest efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth business-based research focused on uncovering productivity levers in the Belgian construction sector. Program Oversight: Define and manage the overall program scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior executives and business leaders to validate findings and ensure actionable insights. Process & Business Analysis: Analyze operational processes and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities. Data-Driven Insights: Gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic recommendations. Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for client leadership, highlighting key findings and proposed actions. Ability to present results in front of large audience Knowledge Transfer: Share best practices and insights to strengthen client capabilities in Field Service Management and productivity improvement. Requirements Must-Have: (Must have) Prior experience in a strategic consultancy firm, managing complex programs or transformation initiatives ( 5+ years or equivalent by experience) (Must have) experience and knowledge in the construction sector, with proven expertise in productivity and operational analysis. Strong background in process analysis, business analysis and lean expertise Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
