New Opportunity: Performance Support Officer (Cyber Security) | Brussels & Hybrid Are you a finance-savvy administrative professional with a passion for digital security? We are looking for a Performance Support Officer to join a leading organization's Cyber Security "Center of Expertise" in Brussels. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the Strategy & Delivery (S&D) team, ensuring that the bank's security initiatives are backed by rock-solid financial and administrative management. Why this role? Duration of project: ASAP until December 25th, 2026. Flexibility: 50/50 Hybrid work policy (Brussels Center / Home office). Status: Open to both Consultants and Freelancers. Your Mission: Manage the budget cycle (6x/year), maintain IT Financial Trajectory files, and oversee Opex/Capex/Accruals. Lead NRC and subcontracting requests, acting as a key partner for suppliers and contract managers. Manage specialized tool accounts (Clarity, Rally) and ensure meticulous monthly time-tracking. Act as the strategic right hand for managers and chapter leads. What we are looking for: 10+ years of relevant experience in a complex corporate environment. You don't just use Excel; you master it. Deep understanding of financial concepts (Opex, Capex, Deferrals). Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Accurate, stress-resistant, and capable of juggling multiple projects. What's in it for you?
