Dan is deze rol als Customer Support Officer iets voor jou Over de functie In het kader van onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Support Officer voor een innovatief digitaal platform voor het beheer van mede-eigendommen. Je werkt in een omgeving waar technologie en menselijke begeleiding hand in hand gaan. Je helpt gebruikers om vlot en zelfstandig met het platform te werken en ondersteunt hen bij hun administratieve vragen. Ervaring in vastgoed, mede-eigendom of boekhouding is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Wij voorzien opleiding en begeleiding. Jouw rol Eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van het platform Dagelijkse ondersteuning bij vragen over gebruik, administratie en basisboekhouding Klantvragen analyseren en efficiënt opvolgen Gebruikers begeleiden bij het gebruik van digitale tools Duidelijk en rustig communiceren, met focus op klanttevredenheid Meedenken over verbeteringen aan de gebruikerservaring Dit is geen commerciële functie, maar een supportrol gericht op kwaliteit en service. Jouw profiel Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) Klantgericht, geduldig en oplossingsgericht In staat om technische of administratieve onderwerpen helder uit te leggen Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en betrouwbaar Basiskennis van digitale tools Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus Wat wij bieden 80% telewerk, met flexibele werkorganisatie Een stabiele functie binnen een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf Duidelijke processen en opleiding on-the-job Professionele, collegiale en gestructureerde werkomgeving Een sleutelrol binnen het supportteam
