Your role
As Sales Support Assistant, you play an essential role in ensuring that daily tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on position where your focus is on execution and delivering reliable support to the sales team.
What you will
do: Perform daily administrative tasks to keep the office organised and efficient. Provide clear, professional assistance to customers and partners (phone, mail, email). Resolve administrative issues for the sales team promptly, ensuring smooth workflows. Arrange courier services and handle facility-related tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing small purchases.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding administrative and marketing topics with accuracy and professionalism, in collaboration with the sales teams in Europe and the marketing team in Asia. Prepare and update documents and records, ensuring that information is always current and accessible. Assist with marketing and sales support tasks, such as preparing presentations or updating customer data. Execute ad-hoc tasks that help the team meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Who you are
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. Proactive and reliable, with a focus on completing tasks efficiently. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a structured way. Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Comfortable using MS Office and other standard office tools. Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
