Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an experienced Public Affairs consultant with a passion for Belgian public policy to reinforce our team. You will be a trusted advisor to clients mainly active across diverse policy landscapes - such as digital, health and beyond. If you're ready to grow your expertise, make an impact, and work on issues that matter — you might be the public affairs professional we're looking for Main responsibilities: Identify policy opportunities and threats relevant to our client Provide strategic advice on ongoing policy developments Monitor and analyse political initiatives and draft policy briefs Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders Design and implement tailored Public Affairs strategies and campaigns Manage client relationships with professionalism, proactivity and strategic insight Contribute to new business development by supporting pitches and identifying potential growth opportunities What we're looking for: Excellent level of Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the second national language, and have a full professional proficiency in English 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a consultancy or a policy-focused environment, and have developed the skills needed to navigate the Belgian political and regulatory landscape, whether through work in public affairs, government, administration, or a related field. Sound understanding of the Belgian public policy landscape, including key stakeholders and decision-making processes University level Master's degree in Political Science, Economy, Law, History or another relevant field Strong analytical skills and can interpret and analyse complex policy documents and research reports Demonstrated assertiveness, flexibility and the ability to work autonomously What we offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a modern workspace.
