Bingoal is een Belgisch bedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in het aanbieden van online en offline sportweddenschappen, paardenrennen en casinospelen. Vandaag is Bingoal een dynamisch en ambitieuze onderneming die op zoek is naar een gepassioneerde Customer Service Agent. In die hoedanigheid helpt u het Operations team bij de ondersteuning van klanten en spelers om hun tevredenheid te garanderen. Uw missie Na een inloopperiode bent u het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en spelers van Bingoal. Als Customer Service Agent: beantwoordt u per telefoon en/of e-mail praktische en technische vragen (het aanmaken van een account, spelprocedures, ...) van klanten en spelers luistert u aandachtig, communiceert u respectvol en zoekt u proactief naar oplossingen om een kwalitatieve en vlotte afhandeling te garanderen aan de klanten en spelers coördineert u, wanneer nodig, met de verschillende afdelingen (IT, marketing, ...) draagt u bij tot de voortdurende verbetering van de dienstverlening aan klanten en spelers en de werking van het team Uw profiel U hecht veel belang aan klantentevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de service U bent stressbestendig, kan snel handelen en blijft in alle omstandigheden professioneel U neemt graag initiatief, werkt oplossingsgericht en bent steeds op zoek naar mogelijkheden om te evolueren U bent een teamspeler en draagt bij tot het creëren en behouden van een goede (en leuke) werkplek Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans U kan makkelijk overweg met technologieën en kan vlot werken met Excel U bent bereid in Brussel (Laeken) te werken en heeft flexibele avond- en weekenduren Affiniteit met sport, paardenrennen en/of kansspelen is een troef Ons aanbod Een boeiende job met veel verantwoordelijkheden, ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en taken die een echte impact hebben binnen Bingoal Werken binnen een bedrijf waarin een cultuur van zelfontplooiing en -ontwikkeling heerst Een dynamische en flexibele omgeving waar open communicatie erg gewaardeerd wordt Een contract van onbepaalde duur, met aantrekkelijke loonvoorwaarden en extralegale voordelen naargelang uw ervaring en vaardigheden Een kantoor in het noorden van Brussel (Laken), gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer Bent u geïnteresseerd in deze opportuniteit?
