TEAM LEADER SPORT & EXPERIENCE SPARKX GENT - FUTURE PARK LEADER SPARKX is klaar voor de volgende grote stap Na de succesvolle opening van ons eerste park in Hasselt in 2023, bouwen we nu een innovatief sportainmentpark in de IPES Tower in Gent. Dit gloednieuwe park opent deze zomer en wordt dé plek waar fun, sport en beleving samenkomen in een uniek concept. Om deze lancering tot een succes te maken, zoeken we een TEAM LEADER SPORT & EXPERIENCE die vanaf april kan starten en mee wil bouwen aan de toekomst van SPARKX. Als TEAM LEADER SPORT & EXPERIENCE speel je een cruciale rol in de werking en beleving van het park. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben en je begeleidt je team om elke dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je bouwt een sterk team op, coacht en motiveert jouw team, zodat ze samen met jou een topservice bieden. Je team bestaat uit vaste medewerkers en een grote pool studenten. Je coördineert met alle leaders om de beste bezoekerservaring te creëren. Je zorgt ervoor dat het park altijd op zijn best is en bezoekers telkens opnieuw verrast met een top beleving, in alle veiligheid. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en een flexibele inzet van je team om een optimale werking te garanderen. Als TEAM LEADER SPORT & EXPERIENCE speel je een cruciale rol in de werking en beleving van het park. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben en je begeleidt je team om elke dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je bent een natuurlijke leider en bouwt samen met je team aan een sterke en hechte groep. Je werkt actief mee en geeft het juiste voorbeeld aan je team – leading by example. Je bezit onze waarden open, gedreven en verbonden. Je zorgt ervoor dat het park altijd op zijn best is en bezoekers telkens opnieuw verrast met een topbeleving, in alle veiligheid. Je kunt goed plannen en overzicht bewaren, ook in drukke periodes. Je bent flexibel en bereid om avonden en weekendwerk te doen.
