Join us as Head of Purchasing - Indirect and drive operational excellence What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of purchasing related to indirect materials & services (CAPEX, Logistics, IT, and consumables). Develop and implement category strategies for assigned categories. Manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with major stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance. Lead and coach the indirect purchasing team, including workload division and goal alignment. Implement standardized processes and agile project management methodology for indirect purchasing projects. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with initiative goals. Develop and maintain reporting tools for cost reduction, savings tracking, and compliance. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and initiatives. What You'll Bring University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Engineering. Several years of proven experience in procurement/consulting in a similar position, preferably in large companies. Strong People Management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different levels of organization. Analytical and proactive mindset. Why Join Us?
