Je rekruteert geen "profielen", maar high-impact IT-experten: van software engineers tot cybersecurity specialisten en cloud consultants. Je werkt in een omgeving die data, marktkennis en expertise serieus neemt. Geen bulk-recruitment, geen volume targets. Alleen focus, kwaliteit en partnership. Je adviseert klanten als volwaardige HR-businesspartner en denkt mee over talentstrategie, teamgroei en candidate journeys. Je bouwt mee aan een label dat bekendstaat om zijn professionaliteit en reputatie binnen IT-rekrutering. Beheer je eigen IT-niche (Software, Cloud, Infra, Security, Data... we bepalen dit samen). Adviseer klanten en beheer volledige hiring cycles van intake tot onboarding. Werk mee aan initiatieven en projecten om onze IT-practice verder uit te bouwen. Ervaring in IT-rekrutering (in-house of agency, vanaf 1 jaar). Je begrijpt technische rollen en krijgt energie van het doorgronden ervan. Relationeel sterk, commercieel instinct en een natuurlijke businesspartner. Creatief, proactief en ownership-driven. Professioneel in Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je wordt onderdeel van een internationale en groeiende organisatie, met meer dan 30.000 collega's in 60+ landen.
