To strengthen our team in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a: **TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST** **Your Mission** **Key Accountabilities** - **Talent Acquisition Specialist**: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract signing. - **Stay Connected**: Provide regular updates to the business, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Business Partners. - **Campaign Creator**: Organize recruitment campaigns and employer branding actions to attract top talent. - **Event Enthusiast**: Coordinate and participate in job fairs, school visits, and job days. - Project Participant: Get involved in various HR projects aimed at improving our efficiency, ways of working, - **Continuous Improvement**: Propose initiatives to enhance our recruitment activities. - **Internship Coordinator**: Oversee internships and ensure a smooth process. - **Onboarding Champion**: Help new hires feel welcome with "Welcome Lunches" and "Welcome Gifts." **Who are we looking for?** - Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Social Sciences. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities. - Team player with a results-oriented mindset. - Excellent communicator who can build relationships at all levels. - Fluent in French, English and Dutch. - Tech-savvy and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Passionate about contributing to HR projects and making a difference **What you can expect from Puratos?** You will join a fast-growing, stable family business that has become an international market leader with a corporate culture in which innovation and entrepreneurship are part of our main priorities.
