Technical Product Manager – Les Responsabilités Assurer la stabilité, la performance et la continuité des plateformes et systèmes de caisse. Superviser le cycle de vie des produits : suivi du backlog, priorisation des fonctionnalités et traduction des besoins clients en spécifications techniques. Piloter les projets de transformation et coordonner les équipes techniques et opérationnelles. Servir d'interface entre les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes business. Technical Product Manager – Le Profil Recherché Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de produits techniques ou de plateformes critiques, idéalement dans le retail ou la pharmacie. Connaissance des systèmes de caisse et de leur écosystème : suivi des incidents, priorisation des évolutions et gestion du backlog. Capacités techniques solides pour comprendre et interagir avec les équipes de développement et les infrastructures IT.
