Solliciteer dan vandaag nog voor de functie van Technical Solutions Engineer Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: TAKEN Als Technical Solutions Engineer bij Kappa Data België speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze technische dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd, met een duidelijke focus op technische en presales ondersteuning, technische kennisoverdracht, en optioneel ook WiFi Site Surveys bij klanten. Technische ondersteuning sales team: Je geeft technische ondersteuning aan het sales team. Je denkt mee over projectscopes, stelt kitlijsten op, adviseert over de juiste oplossingen en helpt om onze technologieën, producten en vendoren bij klanten en partners op de kaart te zetten. Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt voor de collega's en helpt hen waar nodig. Technische trainingen: Je geeft technische trainingen aan een technisch publiek van IT-professionals en verdiept je in de oplossingen van onze vendoren. Kappa Data is een authorized training center voor het merendeel van de vendoren in het portfolio. Jij helpt mee om die kennis op een professionele en duidelijke manier over te dragen. Site surveys: Je voert WiFI Site Surveys uit op locatie bij eindklanten. Je werkt mee aan het initiële WiFi-design en brengt omgevingen in kaart. Door jouw direct contact met de klant versterk je de samenwerking tussen distributeur, reseller en eindklant. Services: Je bouwt mee aan onze huidige én toekomstige services en technologische oplossingen. PROFIEL Welke softskills zijn er belangrijk voor deze functie? Welke inhoudelijke skills zijn er belangrijk in de job: Kennis van of interesse in networking: routing, switching, firewalling, WifI/RF,... Kennis van of interesse in de cybersecurity wereld: XDR/EDR/MDR, pentesting, WAF, vulnerability management,... Kennis van of interesse in WiFi en RF: CWNA, Ekahau ECSE,... Min. 5 jaar ervaring in een technologische of gelijkaardige rol binnen de sector.
