Als mechanisch onderhoudsingenieur zorg je ervoor dat onze installaties maximaal kunnen presteren. Je stuurt hiervoor een sterk team aan en zorgt – naast de dagelijkse werking – voor een preventief onderhoudsplan en het uitwerken van verbeterprojecten. Dit alles met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

TAKEN

  • Dagelijks onderhoud: samen met de meestergast mechanica organiseer, plan en coördineer je het onderhoud van de installaties.

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud: opstellen, optimaliseren en opvolgen van onderhoudsschema’s en verbeterprojecten.

  • Projectbeheer: coördineren van mechanische aspecten (met een brede waaier van toestellen: stoffilters, bulktransport, silo’s, pompen, kleppen, warmtewisselaars…), civiele werken en staalstructuren.

  • Shut-downs: je ondersteunt de turn around-ingenieur tijdens stilstanden met de bewaking van de scope op mechanisch vlak.

  • Teamcoördinatie: je stuurt een team aan van werkvoorbereiders en -opvolgers en zorgt ervoor dat de mecaniciens de installaties kunnen onderhouden. Je creëert een constructieve en gemotiveerde teamsfeer met je aanwezigheid op de vloer.

  • Communicatie: je communiceert vlot met je collega’s van het onderhoudsteam, maar ook met de verschillende stakeholders binnen productie & engineering. Extern ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende contractoren. Je houdt ook toezicht op externe werkzaamheden.

  • Continuïteit: bij afwezigheid van de meestergast mechanica, neem je zijn taken over. Samen met je collega’s garandeer je bovendien de continuïteit via een goed georganiseerde wachtdienst.

  • Documentatie en beheer: je stelt een gestructureerd onderhoudsplan op, houdt historieken bij en optimaliseert het wisselstukkenbeheer.

  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit: je waakt over de correcte naleving van de voorschriften m.b.t. veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer en binnen je team. Op vlak van veiligheid en kwaliteit doe je geen toegevingen.

PROFIEL

We zoeken een gedreven onderhoudsingenieur met sterke mechanische kennis en een pragmatische aanpak, die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en verbeteringen realiseert.

  • Opleiding & ervaring:

    • Je beschikt over een academische opleiding in een technische of ingenieursrichting. Een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur optie (elektro)mechanica is een sterke troef.

    • Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving, is een pluspunt.

    • Sterk technisch inzicht in mechanica, interesse in metallurgische en chemische processen.

    Vaardigheden:

    • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, praktisch kennis Engels.

    • Hands-on mentaliteit met analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.

    • Leidinggevende en coachende kwaliteiten om een team te motiveren en ondersteunen.
