Voor onze kantoren Itzu te DIEST & HEIST-OP-DEN-BERG zoeken we een project consultant voor de niche: Large accounts.
Je zal fungeren als vlinder en bent flexibel tussen de 2 regio's. Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig regio Aarschot/Westerlo/Herselt/Laakdal/Rillaar/Booischot
Your responsibilities- Je zoekt actief naar cv's van potentiële nieuwe medewerkers via social media en jobsites.
-Je krijgt energie van sales en telefonie;
- Je volgt je kandidaten op van A tot Z.
- Als je dat "YES-telefoontje' krijgt met het leuke nieuws dat je uitzendkracht mag starten, dan verzorg je alle nodige administratie.
- Aangeworven werknemers peil je naar hun tevredenheid.
- Je volgt je uitzendkracht goed op & bent aanwezig om de eerste dag van de werknemer goed te laten verlopen.
- Je verlengt wekelijks de contracten van de actieve uitzendkrachten.
- Je vervolledigt sociale documenten.
- Je antwoordt op de inkomende mails.
- Je houdt KPI's bij en volgt eveneens evaluaties bij de klant.
- Je blijft ook steeds op de hoogte van de sociale wetgeving en de nieuwe ontwikkelingen hierin. Op deze manier sta je de uitzendkrachten met de meest uiteenlopende vragen te woord.
Qualifications- Je bent een vlotte communicator.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet je dagtaken efficiënt te organiseren.
- Je bent assertief.
- Ervaring als inhouse consulent is een plus.
- Je kunt omgaan met tijdsdruk.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. (alle andere talen zijn een plus)
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office.
- Je bent in het bezit een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
