You take part of shaping Novera's future, including recruiting new members, participating to proposals, and any internal initiative to shape and grow the company You get the opportunity to be trained and build your career in a young, flexible and fun environment.And what will I do in this position?Participate in CRM (Salesforce) projects from inception to deliveryManage projects / support project management activities (planning, budget, scope,...)Support defining the CRM strategy of the clientConduct business and functional analysis to shape the business of our customersLead functional workshops, develop a strong understanding of the business needs and translate them into requirements in an Agile methodologyDesign and advise on the To-Be solution to meet the business needs of our clientsIdentify where standard Salesforce capabilities can be used, and where custom developments are really neededConfigure a tailor-made Salesforce for our customersDefine and execute test scenarios to validate the implementationTrain users and participate to Change Management activities to maximize adoptionAll-in-all, get an active role in the digital transformation of our clientsYes, but what does it take?Master degree with a strong technical / business affinity, or equivalent by experienceExcellent communication skills (written and oral) & ability to adapt to your audience2-6 years of experience working as consultant / functional analyst / business analyst / solution architectFluent in Dutch and EnglishOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in business and functional analysis, and/or management consultingExperience in software configurationWhat is offered for such?You get a great package, composed of multiple benefitsMeal Vouchers and representation allowancesHospitalization and dental insurancesA company Car, with fuelTop-quality material to perform your workA flexible hybrid work environmentGreat career opportunities, culture and trainings
