Greetings from Sloka IT Solutions.Title - Senior Project ManagerLanguage - Dutch or French & EnglishLocation - Boulevard du Jardin Botanique , 20 - 1000 BrusselsDuration - 24 monthsWorkplace type - Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)Experience - 7+ yearsDescription:The Project Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of the projects under their charge, from the definition of the IT solution and its implementation to its adoption by the business.They are responsible on the ground for achieving an optimal result that complies with the specifications (or the needs description) in terms of quality, performance, budget, and deadlines.Current projects to support:Assisting the project teams of the 3 operational departments of citydev.brussels in the (re)structuring of real estate project management, from prospecting to the complete realization of the project.Assisting the Human Resources department in the implementation of leave management, integration into the ArnoHR payroll tool, and the extension to teleworking management within citydev.brussels.Supporting citydev.brussels employees in learning and mastering the tools that support their work and processes.Supporting the IT department in its projects, such as the implementation of selected IT tools, the maturation of IT management aspects such as security, document management, a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), etc.Previous experience in the following areas is highly valued:Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP (FI, CO, FM, SD, MM, PS, ReFX modules).Knowledge and experience in implementing ERP solutions such as Odoo or equivalent.Project management combining clear governance and flexibility for an SME of approximately 150 employees.Experience in the public sector.Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.The assignment can be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of: 880 working days.Languages:Dutch or French - Level Native or bilingual proficiencyQuestions:1.
