Taleo Consulting is a management consulting group with offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Anvers, Geneva, Zurich, Barcelona, Singapore, and Lisbon.

We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees; therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic change manager that will:
- Elaborate and maintain a global project plan
- Support and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure all change solutions are approved
- Be capable of managing all or part of the implementation of change plan activities from start to finish
- Coordinate the creation and elaboration of training content
- Monitor implementation of a deployment plan
- Assess the impact on the employees and manage the change effectively
- Build and maintain the budget for each change in accordance with a validated plan
- Measure success of the implemented deployment plan and optimize where possible
- Manage risks, create plans to implement and review financial policies and procedures to ensure that the company is in regulatory compliance
- Report status to the initiative Owner, the adoption of the change, and the achievement of project objectives
- Manage a solution team, lead support in proposal processes, and project management
Required profile:
- You have between 1 to 5 years of experience as a Change Manager
- You have proven experience in the financial sector of minimum 5 years and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles
- You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies, change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Certifications are an asset.
- You have strong communication, listening, and relational skills
- You are highly flexible, adaptable, and have a strong team spirit
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (Bonus: and a good knowledge of the other)
- In a permanent learning environment, you will participate in the development of Taleo
