To support its continued growth, conVeyXO is seeking a Head of Programs (M/F) . Responsibilities Strategic program leadership to translate company strategy into tactical program plans and operational roadmaps. You oversee the execution of multiple, complex projects spanning therapeutic development and technology platform industrialization. Drive internal and cross‑functional team between R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and engineering teams. Monitor program and project progress, steer development, and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards and reports for program status, risks, and KPIs. Lead and manage collaborations with engineering companies, biotech, pharma, CDMOs, CROs, and other strategic partners. Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Represent conVeyXO in external meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Profile You hold a advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline. You have 8+ years’ experience in program or project management within biotech, pharma, or advanced therapy industries. You demonstrate proven track record in leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and external collaborations. You have strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills. You are certified in project/program management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.). You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. You have an autonomous, proactive, and able to manage complexity with a holistic vision. Offer The opportunity to join a growing start‑up in Belgium.
