Om de operationele slagkracht te versterken en tegelijk te bouwen aan de toekomst zoekt Joriba Bakery een Head of Operations. Functie Verbindende leider met ondernemingszin Je leidt de dagelijkse werking van de 2 productievestigingen vanuit Moeskroen en stuurt de volledige operationele teams en hun verantwoordelijken aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, output, teamontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie. Je zorgt voor continue verbetering (operational excellence) in productie, kwaliteit en processen. Je maakt data inzichtelijk en rapporteert resultaten rond veiligheid, rendement, output, kwaliteit en kosten. Je bouwt mee aan een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continu verbeteren. Je staat garant voor een verankering van kennisdeling en structurele procesborging. Je werkt nauw samen met het directieteam en je ondersteunt groeiprojecten (automation, site-synergie, nieuwe productlijnen). Je ontwikkelt jezelf naar een bredere overkoepelende functie naargelang groei en maturiteit (bv. multi-site leiderschap). Je maakt deel uit van het directie-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de co-CEO. Profiel Je behaalde een bachelor of master, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je kan terugblikken op minstens 7 jaar ervaring in een operationele leidinggevende functie, idealiter in food. Je bent een sterke peoplemanager, werkt verbindend en weet mensen te motiveren. Je combineert een sterke procesmatige aanpak met operationele daadkracht en bouwt mee aan een cultuur van eigenaarschap, efficiëntie en kwaliteit. Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en hands-on. Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een troef. Je hebt de ambitie om te groeien in een organisatie in volle transitie.
