Solutions Developer Industriële afvalwaterbehandeling & scheidingstechnieken INOPSYS NV – Afdeling Solutions Development Wij ontwikkelen en realiseren mobiele, on-site procesinstallaties voor de behandeling van complexe industriële water- en processtromen. Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Solutions Developer met sterke technische inzichten, die samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en gezonde nieuwsgierigheid combineert met een datagedreven en onderbouwde besluitvorming. Jouw rol Je evalueert samen met R&D en sales de technische scope en haalbaarheid van nieuwe projecten. Je ontwikkelt en onderbouwt conceptuele procesoplossingen, in nauwe samenwerking met R&D en Engineering, waarbij je testresultaten, data en praktijkervaring combineert tot robuuste ontwerpen. Je berekent TCO voor onze klanten in samenwerking met sales Je coördineert piloottesten en vertaalt resultaten naar duidelijke beslissingen. Je bewaakt het procesconcept van engineering tot opstart en ondersteunt daarna troubleshooting, optimalisatie en standaardisatie van installaties in bedrijf. Wie we zoeken Master in chemische technologie, milieutechnologie, procestechniek of verwant. Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in waterzuivering en/of scheidingstechnieken, chemische of farmaceutische industrie, procesengineering, ... Inzicht in scheidingstechnieken (bv. adsorptie, filtratie, membranen, coagulatie/flocculatie). Je voelt je comfortabel om te werken met testen, data en pilootresultaten, en kan onderzoeksinzichten praktisch vertalen naar procesoplossingen. Ervaring met projectmatig werken is een pluspunt. Hoe jij werkt Je functioneert autonoom en behoudt overzicht bij wisselende prioriteiten. Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen. Je bent analytisch en pragmatisch, en voelt je comfortabel in labo, piloot, plant en meetingruimte. Je bent collegiaal, verantwoordelijk en ondernemend. Twijfel je omdat je niet alles afvinkt?
