Division Details

  1. The Midmarket division caters to Belgian organizations with more than 100 employees.
  2. This division is a market leader due to its innovative products and customer-focused services.
  3. The Implementation unit designs, develops, implements, and maintains HR solutions for medium to large companies.

Job Role

  1. Support and advise clients on the eBlox HR platform, which includes modules for leave management, training, overtime, evaluations, and more.
  2. Implement changes, optimize existing systems, and provide solutions to any issues.
  3. Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients maximize the platform's benefits.

Candidate Profile

  1. Experience in implementing (HR) software.
  2. Strong affinity with software and IT.
  3. Familiarity with HR processes and HR software.
  4. Knowledge of SQL queries is a must.
  5. Knowledge of XML.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Initiative-taking, responsible, hands-on, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
  8. Good command of English and French.
