Mission In our Industrial Business Unit , IBA designs and delivers advanced industrial solutions worldwide. We are strengthening our team with a key role: a Head of Global Sales to define and lead our global sales vision. As a Head of Global Sales, your mission will be : Define the global commercial long-term vision. Decline the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap. Develop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs. Own the commercial/selling process. Challenges we trust you with You will be responsible for an international team of 10 colleagues (7 sales managers, 1 Head of Sales Support, and 2 Business Developers), based in Asia, US and Europe. In this context, you will : Lead the team and help them to grow Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Business Unit Drive the strategy for the international team Translate the strategy into operational plans and guide their realization Make decisions that impact medium to long-term achievement of goals Be accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals What We Value A strong international and industrial experience (at least 15 years of experience) in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices,...)
