Jouw SPIEcialisatie als Project manager hoogspanningslijnen
Binnen SPIE werken we mee aan een duurzame en betrouwbare energievoorziening voor de toekomst. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Projectmanager- hoogspanningslijnen (70kv tot 380kv).
Als Projectmanager Hoogspanningslijnen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en aansturen van projecten die betrekking hebben op de aanleg en het onderhoud van hoogspanningslijnen/masten assemblage en montage van hoogspanningsmasten tot 160 meter.
Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden opgeleverd.
Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Verzekert de klantenbinding door een vertrouwensrelatie tot stand te brengen.
- Je verdedigt zijn prijszetting bij de klant en kan hierover onderhandelen binnen de vastgestelde grenzen.
- Kan aan de hand van probleemstelling bij de klant de gepaste oplossing voorleggen.
- Vertaalt technische oplossingen naar een realistische inschatting van te leveren prestaties.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het lanceren van het project en blijft eindverantwoordelijke in de verdere uitvoering.
- Je controleert en bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement gedurende het hele project en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging/rapportage van de projecten binnen uw beheer.
WAT MAAKT JOU ZO SPIEcialist?
Jouw profiel:
- Een master diploma in een technische richting; of gelijkwaardig door een relevante ervaring in project management.
- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.
- Kennis van de courante Office 365 toepassingen.
- Een zeer goed technisch en organisatorisch inzicht.
- Als coach ben je motiverend en enthousiast.
- Je hebt oog voor rendement en bent resultaatsgericht.
- Leidinggevende capaciteiten en sociale vaardigheden.
- Je kan zowel in team als zelfstandig werken.
- In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B en bent mobiel in gans België.
- Goede kennis van het Frans.
