In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals on a variety of CFO-related projects within the banking sector. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver strategic insights and practical solutions that drive transformation and performance. What you will do Lead and manage CFO Advisory assignments in collaboration with partners and project teams. Oversee teams of varying sizes to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions. Provide clients with actionable recommendations to enhance finance and business processes. Drive business development efforts from lead generation to proposal delivery. Contribute to the growth of KPMG’s CFO Advisory footprint in Belgium. Help shape and refine our service offerings with a focus on the banking industry. Act as a performance manager, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
