Within the CFO Advisory team we are seeking a Finance Transformation Director to lead our client engagements, drive finance transformation initiatives, helping our clients to leverage the latest digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and provide strategic guidance to organizations seeking to optimize their financial operations. Learn more CFO Advisory - KPMG Belgium What you will do Together with the Partner of CFO Advisory and the other directors you will actively contribute in practice development, business development with a continuous focus on innovative solution offering as well as people-development initiatives. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with the broader CFO Advisory strategy, including developing sales pipeline. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge financial technologies and systems to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and automation. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, and work collaboratively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
