What you will do Together with the Partner of CFO Advisory and the other directors you will actively contribute in practice development, business development with a continuous focus on innovative solution offering as well as people-development initiatives. • Go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with the broader CFO Advisory strategy, including developing sales pipeline. • Client engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services. • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. • Technology integration: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge financial technologies and systems to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and automation. • Client collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, and work collaboratively to meet project milestones and deliverables. • Finance transformation strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive finance transformation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, aligning financial processes with their strategic goals. Skills & Qualifications: • Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related roles. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading finance transformation projects. • In-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and technologies. • Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Business consulting skills offering concrete and specific information to help solve a problem or improve a process for a business: creative thinking; thinking conceptually and practically; collaboration; organization and time management; flexibility; curiosity. • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
