The Opportunity EY is accelerating its AI & Data practice to help clients transform their businesses and unlock new revenue streams. As a Senior Manager, you will not only lead delivery but also drive business growth—shaping proposals, building client relationships, and positioning EY as a trusted advisor in AI-driven transformation. Your Impact Commercial Leadership: Own client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead pursuits for AI & Data projects. Strategic Advisory: Define AI strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Solution Innovation: Design and implement scalable AI solutions leveraging platforms like Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. Thought Leadership: Represent EY in the market through events, publications, and client workshops. Team Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of consultants and engineers. Your Profile 8+ years in AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation, with proven business development experience . Strong consulting background and ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Expertise in cloud-based data platforms and AI technologies. Knowledge of GenAI, data governance, and AI risk frameworks is a plus. Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
