We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site management, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Supervise daily on-site operations and coordinate the activities of construction teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Monitor progress and provide regular reports on project status to management and stakeholders. Manage the procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory levels. Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly and effectively. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. The ideal candidate for the Site Engineer position should possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in construction site management. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of health and safety best practices. Proficiency in project management software.
