Hanssens Beyond Telecom is een dynamisch familiebedrijf gevestigd in een nieuwbouwkantoor in ROESELARE.
Wij kijken 'Beyond Telecom' en gebruiken onze expertise om onze klanten te begeleiden in hun Customer experience uitdagingen. Wij integreren A.I., database toepassingen en innovatieve communicatieoplossingen bij zowel bedrijven, lokale overheden als zorgorganisaties in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. We leggen een sterke focus op communicatieoplossingen die net dat stapje verder gaan.

In kader van onze verdere innovatie en groei wordt het team versterkt met een IT support engineer.

De uitdaging

In deze functie word jij dé steun en toeverlaat van onze happy customers. Je begint met het oplossen van secondline tickets en groeit door naar het aanpakken van thirdline uitdagingen. Kortom, jij wordt de expert waar klanten en collega's op vertrouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  1. Problemen in kaart brengen: je achterhaalt snel en accuraat de oorzaak van storingen of vragen bij de klant.
  2. Problemen oplossen: je zorgt voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing op afstand en volgt de tickets tot in de puntjes op.
  3. Samenwerken met techniekers: je werkt nauw samen met onze field engineers om de problemen van onze klanten efficiënt en duurzaam op te lossen.
  4. Directe klantcommunicatie: je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang en garandeert heldere communicatie via telefoon, mail, chat, …
  5. Kennisontwikkeling: je verdiept je continu in onze oplossingen om als expert steeds complexere vraagstukken op te lossen.

Op termijn word je ook betrokken bij diverse interne projecten en de verdere optimalisatie van de servicedesk.

Jouw profiel
  1. Je behaalde een bachelor ICT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  2. Je bent communicatief in de omgang.
  3. Je hebt een positieve en klantgerichte mindset.
  4. Je bent leergierig en initiatiefrijk ingesteld.
  5. Je hebt een sterke interesse voor IT-producten en nieuwe technologietrends.
