Senior Clinical Research Associate

Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global clinical research organisation and we are actively seeking a Senior CRA to join the business on a permanent basis, fully remotely in Belgium.Key Responsibilities:Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, both onsite and remotely.Verify accuracy and completeness of clinical data, ensuring source data matches the electronic case report forms (eCRFs).Train and support site staff on study protocols, procedures, and compliance expectations.Track patient recruitment and retention, identifying and addressing site challenges.Ensure proper documentation including informed consent forms, regulatory binders, and essential trial documents.Manage investigational product accountability, storage, and handling compliance.Identify, document, and help resolve protocol deviations, data discrepancies, and issues at sites.Prepare monitoring reports and maintain study records in accordance with company SOPs.Key Requirements:3+ years Pharma experienceFluent in Dutch & EnglishAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
