An innovative organization operating within a technology-driven and entrepreneurial ecosystem, supported by a leading Belgian public institution, is looking for a Talent & Office Manager to continue building a high-impact team in a fast-paced, international environment.This is a full-time freelance assignment for an initial duration of 12 months.ENStart : JanuaryBrussels1 yearFull-timeRoleThe Talent & Office Manager plays a key role in creating an effective and engaging work environment for highly talented teams, both on-site and remote.Main responsibilities include:Strengthening team cohesion within a diverse, hybrid ecosystemManaging recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processesSupporting managers in talent and skills managementOrganizing team eventsSupporting individual and team development to enable high-performing teamsManaging and continuously improving the office environment and workspaceHandling administrative and operational tasks: procurement, invoicing, financial reporting, travel, expenses and regulatory administration (A1, Limosa, etc.)Providing administrative support for collaboration tools and internal processesTemporary support to accounts payable when requiredSupporting the management team (meeting organization, travel arrangements, minutes, etc.)The role also involves actively promoting the vision and values of the organization and leading by example.Candidate ProfileProven experience managing a fast-paced office environmentStrong attention to detail with excellent execution skillsProactive, adaptable, autonomous, with a strong service mindsetHighly organized; basic accounting knowledge and numerical fluencyFull professional proficiency in EnglishStrong interest in team culture and talent developmentHigh standards of professional and intellectual integrityAbility to handle success, failure and feedback constructively
