Freelance Buyer / Contract Manager WORKS Service Locatie: Brussel On-site aanwezigheid: Min. 2 dagen per week Duurtijd: 15/12/2025 - 31/12/2026 Samenwerking: Freelance / Interim Management Over de opdracht Voor een van onze klanten zoeken we een ervaren freelance Buyer / Contract Manager die met sterke autonomie en strategisch inzicht aankoopdossiers beheert binnen de WORKS-categorie. Je werkt in een technisch uitdagende omgeving met een directe impact op projecten rond infrastructuur, innovatie en energietransitie. Deze rol combineert tactische en strategische procurement, contractmanagement, marktanalyse, en intensief stakeholder- en supplier management. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met interne teams, aannemers en internationale partners. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Aankoop & contractbeheer Volledig zelfstandig beheer van aankoopdossiers: van prijsvraag tot toekenning Beoordelen, selecteren, onderhandelen en contractueel vastleggen van aannemers Bewaken van contractvoorwaarden (kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid, budget) Strategisch & tactisch procurement Uitwerken van een gestructureerde en innovatieve aankoopstrategie Marktanalyse, categoriekennis en productstrategie mee vormgeven Identificeren van risicos, opportuniteiten en verbeterpotentieel Supplier management & samenwerking Opbouwen en onderhouden van langetermijnrelaties met belangrijke aannemers Opvolgen en onderhandelen van meerwerken en extra kosten Nauw samenwerken met supplier managers en andere stakeholders Project- & teamwerking Leiding geven aan CFTs Voorbereidende betrokkenheid bij grote projecten vóór lancering van prijsvragen Regelmatige on-site aanwezigheid voor projectopvolging (werfbezoeken) Kennisdeling met internationale collega's Jouw profiel Masterdiploma in een technisch of commercieel domein, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in procurement of contractmanagement Sterke autonomie, maturiteit en kritische mindset Technisch inzicht en interesse in innovatie Analytisch, probleemoplossend, communicatief en teamgericht Klantgericht én professioneel in aanpak Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels Bereidheid tot regelmatige verplaatsingen binnen België Sterk ontwikkelingspotentieel en leergierigheid Goede kennis van MS Office Waarom kiezen voor deze opdracht?
