Want to manage reporting, tax compliance, treasury, and controls while supporting the CFO?Become Finance Manager in Belgium for an international automotive group and own month-end closings, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and treasury management to enable European market expansion.Your responsibilities as Finance ManagerOversee month-end and year-end closings to deliver accurate financial reporting and present performance insights to senior managementManage tax compliance including filings, declarations, and liaison with authorities and auditors to ensure regulatory adherenceLead financial planning with the CFO through annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses that identify trends and support decisionsControl treasury operations including cash management, negotiating auto financing products, and implementing hedging strategiesWhat you bring as Finance Manager8+ years of progressive finance experience with minimum 3 years in management rolesMaster's degree in Finance, or related fieldFluent in Dutch, French is a plusThe Offer€80,000 - €95,000 gross annual salary (based on your experience)Leadership role with genuine autonomy overseeing complete financial operations from reporting to treasuryDirect collaboration with CFO providing visibility into strategic decisions and European expansion planningFull Package + BonusOpportunity to build financial processes and controls from the ground up in a growing organizationExposure to international operations across 75+ markets within a leading automotive groupHands-on experience negotiating with financial institutions on auto financing products and termsComprehensive involvement in tax strategy, compliance, and regulatory liaison across multiple authoritiesCareer growth potential as the European organization scales and maturesWork with emerging automotive brand at a pivotal market entry stageInterested?
