Your responsibilities as Finance Manager
Oversee month-end and year-end closings to deliver accurate financial reporting and present performance insights to senior management
Manage tax compliance including filings, declarations, and liaison with authorities and auditors to ensure regulatory adherence
Lead financial planning with the CFO through annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses that identify trends and support decisions
Control treasury operations including cash management, negotiating auto financing products, and implementing hedging strategies
What you bring as Finance Manager
~8+ years of progressive finance experience with minimum 3 years in management roles
~ Master's degree in Finance, or related field
~ Fluent in Dutch , French is a plus
Leadership role with genuine autonomy overseeing complete financial operations from reporting to treasury
~ Direct collaboration with CFO providing visibility into strategic decisions and European expansion planning
~ Opportunity to build financial processes and controls from the ground up in a growing organization
~ Exposure to international operations across 75+ markets within a leading automotive group
~ Hands-on experience negotiating with financial institutions on auto financing products and terms
~ Comprehensive involvement in tax strategy, compliance, and regulatory liaison across multiple authorities
~ Work with emerging automotive brand at a pivotal market entry stage
