De job Als Medior HR Consultant ga je via onze klant aan de slag op strategische HR-projecten bij verschillende bedrijven. Expertise: Je bent expert in minstens één HR-domein, zoals talent management, payroll, compensation & benefits, change management of organisatieontwikkeling. Talen: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Communicatief vaardig: Je bent helder, zelfverzekerd en weet complexe HR-thema’s begrijpelijk en overtuigend te presenteren. Consultancy skills: Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op, biedt proactief advies en leidt zelfstandig kleinere tot middelgrote projecten.
