Balance HR specializes in HR interim management services. We connect HR leaders with skilled interim managers for temporary HR missions like key replacements, peak periods, or critical projects. In addition, we develop the HR professionals we work with to help them grow and thrive.
**YOUR MISSION**:
As our HR Partner, you’ll grow our network of freelance HR consultants and build strong relationships with both clients and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
- **
Recruitment and selection**: Finding and selecting freelance HR consultants for ongoing assignments, conducting intake interviews to assess their skills and fit.
- ** Learning and development**: Organizing workshops and learning events that bring the HR community together.
- ** Relationship management**: Building and maintaining strong connections with HR professionals and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
- ** Workflow optimization**: Enhancing internal workflows to ensure we deliver excellent service.
- ** Innovation projects**: Working with the Managing Partner and the team on projects that shape the company's future and contribute to our social impact.
**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Ideally, have some experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Are good at building and maintaining relationships.
- Are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.
- Show resilience, grit, and a positive attitude.
- Value integrity and teamwork.
- Are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
