- Solid, growing organization of around 200 employees, investing in people
**YOUR ROLE**:
- You serve as a trusted business partner for both management and employees, providing guidance and support in HR matters to cultivate positive working relationships.
- You efficiently oversee an HR team of two, ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes.
- You optimize employer branding activities, working closely with the marketing department.
- You enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
- You spearhead a project focused on employee well-being, emphasizing the physical and mental health of the workforce.
- You effectively manage talent development and performance, implementing improvements and driving growth.
- You support and coach managers in optimally guiding their employees.
- You consistently refine and develop HR policies, aligning them with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have relevant work experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- You possess strong skills in talent acquisition, both on an operational and on a management level.
- You are used to guiding leaders through the various HR challenges within their teams.
- You possess strategic thinking abilities and combine them with a hands-on attitude.
- Collaborating and achieving goals together are high on your priority list.
- You excel in fostering positive working relationships.
- You are a diplomatic, reliable, and mature conversation partner.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and French and a good command of English.
**PRACTICAL***:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
- Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
- Location: Brussels / remote
